albadraco 0 Posted October 4, 2016 Posted October 4, 2016 (edited) I have two servers, one server has been doing the auto updates and is currently at 3.0.7300, and this service has not exhibited the behavior of my second server. So the second service I updated from 3.0.5781.8 to 3.0.7300, the update went well no apparent issues (with the updating). The issue I am concerned about, is I have several TV series where they start at season #, where # is > 1. So i do not have access to the older seasons in some cases several years, which is good. But the TV lists show large quantities of episodes that I do not have on my server. For instance, The X Factor UK, I only have the current season 13, but the server also presents seasons 1 - 12 and unplayed. Not only that but on latest seasons of something like Blindspot Season 2 it shows episodes 1 - 7, where as only 1- 3 are available, 4-7 have not even been show on air. Am I missing some setting? Other than updating to 3.0.7300, this system also has access to recording TV, which it does through a different service (Sage TV), then imported into Emby. Thank you, and apologize if my search for related items was too lame to find the answer. -Thomas Update: this did not happen to all series, only most. I was adding an episode of Elementry Season 5, E1, I got the 'toast' saying it was available, so I exited the browser, and restarted, but it does not show, i'm a bit confused. Solution Happy2Play 9783 Posted October 5, 2016 Solution Posted October 5, 2016 There have been a few topics where updating from outdated server versions to current version has caused trouble with the library.db. You may have to delete the library.db and allow it to rebuild. \Emby-server\data\library.db 1
albadraco 0 Posted October 5, 2016 Author Posted October 5, 2016 (edited) Thx, i'll give it a go, see what happens. Update: Ok so that appears to have fixed the issue, thank you. note, I had to reset the 'new episodes' to unread for those that came in after the updated, but that wasn't many so it worked Thanks again.
