Server becomes unreachable

I would start a file and it would play for a few minutes and then it would just freeze and then cuts back to home screen. I am not sure what is causing the problem. I have attached a couple of log files and would greatly appreciate any assistance.

Hi, welcome. The log looks OK here. I would try removing all plugins and seeing if the issue persists with just the core server. Thanks !

I don't see how the following is considered Ok. I'm mentioning this because there is another user that has the same issue. This is not Emby for Kodi related, at least I don't believe since we haven't changed the code and it works correctly for 99% of our users. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.

That is perfectly normal video playback, one playing for 390seconds, another for 402 seconds.
