Emby not working with mono 4.6 new tls

I decided to give the new mono tls implementation a try with emby and discovered that emby doesn't work with it.  I simply set MONO_TLS_PROVIDER=newtls in MONO_ENV 

 

I'll attach a log in case anybody wants to look at it.  There are tons of errors.

The only issue I have with the default tls is the letsencrypt intermediate certificate not being passed to the clients.  Other than that it works fine.  I thought I had read somewhere that the intermediate certificate issue was fixed in the new tls method which is why I wanted to try it.
