Multiple language nfos and posters

I have all of my nfos and posters in English and would like to keep them that way.

 

...but I have a user profile which I would like to have spanish language as much as possible (synopsis, titles, movie posters)

 

Ideally, I would be able to save a -spa.nfo file and preserve the original .nfo file next to it.  Same with the poster.jpg I would like to have a poster-spa.jpg or something similar

 

This way the profiles would load the appropriate language.

 

Is this possible?
