Roku thumbails - Needless config options

@@Luke can you remove these two settings from the roku thumbnail plugin configure screen? These no longer do anything. The roku has trick play for all video, even transcoded. These configuration limitations are meaningless now. I think the plugin itself always disregards them anyways, but having them hidden from the config screen woukd be nice too.

Above is the pull request to make it happen. I can say the blue neon app supports it. Not sure if luke has updated the official store versions with new builds yet.

If you mean ff/rew and pause then yes, that is no problem with direct or transcoded items.

Yes, I mean FF/RW with the seek images so you can see where you are. Are the images supported for transcoded video, or just direct play?

Okay, so you actually mean the .bif thumbnail preview feature not just the ability to seek the item.  Yes, the thumbnails work with both direct and transcoded media.
