Unhanded exception error

Hi all,

 

Long time user, first time poster.

 

I have been using Emby for years now without any issues

until the other day when this popped up.

 

i have tried to find a solution but no luck (no plugin folder

to delete MB plus)

 

Can someone help please

Try disabling any anti-malware you have.  Then also try re-installing from the web site.  Finally, run diagnostics on your disc drives (and be sure you haven't run out of space).

 

Looks like either something is corrupted or has been messed with by an anti-virus program.

Since you are on a Legacy installation eventually you will want to consider a clean install also.

In addition to the advice above, if you just want to get back up and running quickly try installing from the website on top of your current version.

So I should just download and install the current version from the web site

and it will perform a clean install over the top of my existing program?

Is there any else I should be aware of before I do this?

Hi, just follow my instructions in post #4, but be aware, Ebr could be right. You may have a virus, malware, or hardware failure that is the actual issue. I'm just trying to give you something you can try quickly.
