High CPU Usage when idle on 3.0.7200.0

Anybody had any luck finding a solution to this?

 

emby Server 3.0.8300 runnin on a Thecus 8800PLUS and I noticed that emby (in top mono) is running constantly at 15% CPU when idle. I have tried disabling real time monitoring, plugins, DLNA but nothing helps. I noticed that even when disabling all the library monitoring, three still stay left:

I'm currently running version 3.0.7300 (Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS) and i see at idle 100.0% of CPU

Real-time monitor for all  libraries :OFF

I start the play the video CPU go up 100% and i stop the video and CPU be stuck 100%

I reinstalled the Emby server but I start the play the video CPU go up 100% and i stop the video and CPU be stuck 100% (Kodi -DLNA)
