Folder Sync structure

is there any way to get folder sync to sync the folder structure and local meta data?

 

I work away a lot and generally have no internet connection for metadata so was planning to use emby to replace the metabrowser for monitoring my main library and automatically adding local metadata to new files then with folder sync reduce the file size of my library to another drive on my server which i can sync to external drives using alwaysync as i do now.

 

At the moment it seems to be dropping the converted files into the series folder without season folders and meta data so i will still need to put 10k files back into their season folders and scan for metadata.

 

also the conversion is pretty slow on my server (i3 2100) if i installed emby server on my desktop could i do the first conversion of the whole library on that then jut do incremental ones using the server?
