New guide pop-up

I like the new popup, but notice that when you enter this, the "Record Series" checkbox gets the focus by default.  Shouldn't it focus "Play" by default to reduce the number of clicks, as play would be used most?

 

Also, I don't think we need the "Convert" checkbox here since it is a server-wide setting and not a per-recording setting.

Actually, now that I look at it a bit more, it seems to be lacking some detail... like description.
