"Space" no longer pauses/unpauses in web interface

A couple of days ago the spacebar suddenly stopped pausing playback through the web interface. <Right click> -> "show controls" fixes it in FireFox (but then clicking in the video window no longer pauses playback). In Chrome this doesn't work, however; and anyway, when a new episode starts it reverts back to click for pause, not space.
