Cannot "back" out of some screens

I've run into a couple screens where I cannot "back" out of them (I'm using a keyboard and use the BACKSPACE key).

 

Settings / Default Skin (other settings sections are OK)

 

Hmmmm...thought there was another one, but can't find it right now.  Though there is a delay when backing out from LiveTV / Guide / <Any item details screen>  - but I suspect that's because it's reloading the guide... it doesn't give any onscreen feedback though so it looks like it didn't work for a couple seconds.
