Faster way to restrict/allow Libraries/Channels

I have a lot of users, so to restrict or allow libraries or channels for many of them at once is a huge pain. It'd be nice if we had the option to go to each Library and quickly just untick/tick a list users that can access them.

Something like a dashboard I think, if possible including all devices,  the information is currently in the user settings, just need to extract neatly as a table where one could easily do a rundown users list privileges as required ( tick/untick) instead of going into each user profile to perform this task.
