Double Album

I had a double catalog from a couple of my films. After a removed the double catalog, I just have one catalog for each film. But still I have to covers for the films. See the example in my include pdf file.

 

I tried to scan the library again, reset the system, right click on the picture and try to delete it, but nothing is removed.

 

Can anybody tell me how to removed the "double cover ".

Do they appear twice in Metadata Manager?  Do they both show the same path in Metadata Manager?

The American President appear once in the metadata manager see fig 1 in the enclosed pdf, and the Axed

 

appear twice.

Well you have Axed in your library twice Axed (2012) and Axed (2013).  As for The American President, I would remove it from your library and perform a library scan, then clean database and see if it still shows.  If it no longer shows re-add The American President to your library and see if it show twice again.  If it still shows are removal then it is a database issue.
