ebr 16169 Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 A server log would be the first step. How to report a problem
ebr 16169 Posted January 16, 2014 Posted January 16, 2014 Well, actually, based on all the errors you are reporting, it sounds to me like your MB server cannot connect to the internet.
terongis 0 Posted January 16, 2014 Author Posted January 16, 2014 (edited) Maybe, the error come from this message on my dashboard : "Access to the path \AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\cache\temp\f8794f26-9687-4efd-9a4f-3fe8b01656d6\x64\pfmapi.dll' is denied." ? Attached the Log file Thanks Edit : when i launch Media Browser Classic Configurator a windows appear : "We encountered a critical error and will need to shut down. It is possible we can not contact your MB Server or internet. If the problem persist, please post the following on http://mediabrowser.tv/community System.NullReferenceException: La référence d'objet n'est pas définie à une instance d'un objet. à MediaBrowser.Library.Kernel.<GetAvailablePlugins>d_10.MoveNext() à Configurator.Code.PluginManager.RefreshAvailablePlugins() à Configurator.Code.PluginManager.Init() à Configurator.MainWindow.Initialize() à Configurator.MainWindow..ctor() Log File.txt Edited January 16, 2014 by terongis
