DLNA and episode or movie status

Hi !

 

When i watch an episode of a tv show or a movie on a device connected to Emby Server through DLNA, the episode 
or the movie status "played" doesn't change on the server.

 

Is this normal and due to DLNA ?

Hi, it does, but only if the dlna device supports certain features. there's a little more work we can do to make it work with all devices and we plan to do that in the future.
