Issue Setting up Media Browser Server

It won't even set up. It keeps having the above error. Any ideas?

try right clicking on the installer and run as admin see if that helps as it sounds like you have uac acting up could be wrong but worth a shot

Also, make sure MBServer isn't actually running at the time (like as a service).
