encoded-media cache directory doesn't seem to clean itself up

All my music is in FLAC format. There was around 2GB of MP3 files in the encoded-media cache directory on my system:

%AppData%\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\cache\encoded-media\

It looks like MBS is converting the files from FLAC to MP3 for streaming to the web client and is not cleaning up after itself.
