Schedules Direct Error

My live TV guide is empty. Here is the error log. Any ideas what I should try to fix it?

Hi, I would go to the Schedules direct setup page and select lineup. Thanks.

Do you mind telling us how that want fine before? Just so we can improve that. Did you not see step 2?
