Server accidentally updated of Beta to Dev

Somehow my server changed the auto update settings from Beta to Dev and then updated itself to Dev version 3.1.6081.632. I have since change the auto update setting back to Beta. My question is can I get back on the Beta stream without breaking anything?

Yes, ensure your update level is set back to beta and install current beta over what you have installed now.  Restart server and verify again your update level.
