mangis 10 Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Hi Guys I'm trying to hide certain media libraries from the DLNA clients on my network. I have all the parental controls and access set up for the emby clients on my network but on the screens the kids can access media from I only have DLNA clients. Is there currently a way to stop certain media libraries / folders from showing up on these devices. I have searched every search combination for the topic I can think of but haven't come up with anything. Thanks in advance.
Luke 42077 Posted September 2, 2016 Posted September 2, 2016 Hi, create a custom user for dlna, then configure access for that user however you like. then in dlna setup, select that user as the user to base the library display on.

Thanks Mate. Completely missed the default user option under DLNA. I'm just going to go ahead and blame this on something other than my oversight.
