system real time monitoring

I have Re-installed Emby server 2 times now fresh .  I am running Windows 7 Ultimate,,,  was running Windows 7 Enterprise

 

is it possible i have turned off a service that controls real time monitoring????   it use to work  and all my drives have the check on real time monitoing in emby..  

 

or maybe a drive feature setting,  I have 4 drives and again I would just drop the file/folder where it belongs and it would update automatically ....  ANY Suggestions ???

 

also the drives have Indexing checked on the explorer

Have you went to Dashboard-Library and clicked on each Library?
