Removing unwatched episode indicators

Hi is there any way to remove the watched/unwatched episode counter on the web client?

 

My goal is to have one user profile for my family without having to see what they've watched or whats left. This way my older family members won't get confused on what episode they are on. LOL if that made sense.

Check out the custom css area.

 

However, all the "Next Up" functionality is likely to still confuse them...
