Yes I believe they want everyone moved to there Cloud Platform instead of the desktop version from what I can tell.

@snazy2000With the new-ish release of PlayOn home, would it be possible to remake the plugin for Emby?

 

I know PlayOn Home allows you to access the local PlayOn server from any device connected to the network, and at least play recorded items. 

 

Maybe get it so you can view the streaming services you have on PlayOn, on Emby, and be able to record them instead of just not being able to play them?

i think they are trying to stop the recording of netflix etc because all the big streaming sites are starting to combat this due to all the piracy
