Emby install fails

I have windows 7 PC that has had emby "migrated" from a slower working system, this has worked for some time but was giving me problems so I tried to fix and made worse :>(

 

I then decided to start afresh so removed the AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server directory and all server entries in windows firewall. I have also rebooted the PC between attempts

 

Every time I try to run the setup.exe to install emby I get a popup error message "Cannot start application" I have included the full popup as an attachment and the assosciated failure log.

 

This happens with both the release and dev builds

Set up new user entirely and get the same failure

Check your firewall and/or anti-malware setup.

Additionally if you're on Windows 7, make sure you have SP1 installed.

Thanks for your help I had deleted all firewall entries for emby server but something else must have been stopping it.

 

I had to turn windows firewall off completely to allow it to run
