emby legacy no longer connecting

it seems that whenever i use emby theater now all i get is there was an error processing the request, cant even login now

 

even smart player shows this

considering I have not changed anything on my pc im at a  loss

solved my own issue.

 

i uninstalled the server update, and reinstalled an older version of emby server and all works again

 

why i cant say but if anyone has an issue try that it worked for me

 

damn, it even fixed the issue i had with the original windows 10 app that hasnt worked since i updated to windows 10 1607.393

 

even though i had reinstalled to the earlier version of windows the app never connected any longer

 

now suddenly it does

What server version?  I just tested on beta 3.1.118.0 and didn't have any login issues.

 

Remote connected to stable 3.0.6070.0 also without issue.

luke i appreciate your efforts and if it were just me id do so, but my 76 year old mom cant do without her emby....i downgraded wondows 10 and went back to an app that works for her

 

when your mom gets to be her age youll understand
