Server is not sending Push Notifications

Hey guys, 

 

for some reason the server is not sending push notifications to my android device.  It was working for a long time and then suddenly stopped.  I can't get it to work with either pushbullet or pushover.  I know it is set up correctly because when I hit the test button it works.  I enabled notifications when one of my users starts or stops a movie.  I also enabled the notifications on their profile.  Everything is set up correctly but when one of my remote users starts a movie, i am not getting the notification from either service.  Anyone else have this issue?
