Unhandled exception: One or more errors occurred

Whenever I try to launch emby it is coming back with this error. I do not have it running as a service. I have a shortcut in the windows 10 startup folder. I updated to version 3.0.6070 from 3.0.6060 to see if this would resolve the issue.  I have three plugins installed NextPVR, Pushbullet and Kodi. I have restarted the computer. Attached are some of the logs. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Somehow one of your databases became corrupted. shut down the server and delete the file C:\Users\Mark\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\data\activity.db

 

If it happens again, consider running hardware diagnostics including windows chkdsk to look for possible hardware failures. thanks.

database disk image is malformed

Most topics suggest performing a chkdsk on that drive and/or deleting the library.db and letting it rebuild do to corrupt database.
