Cinema Mode Not Working

Cinema mode is enabled in both the admin playback setting, and the user profile, and the trailers plugin is installed, but trailers don't play, and my custom intro won't play. Attached is the Emby log.

check the various filters on the cinema mode config page and try unchecking them.

The new 3.1.116.0 update has fixed it, without me touching anything
