Changing My Media Server

Hi;

 

My company Have already Media server but we are in process to change it to yours  but we already have around 1000 Film on ower media server 

 The question is :

 

if we  want to buy and  install the emby media server  without reinstall the 1000 film that we are already install

 

Is That possible only to install the hard disk that contain the films ?
