Remote Acess

Good evening, I am unable to perform remote access to my server Emby . I made all the necessary settings but charges that the server is not working when I try to access the link for remote access informed . Can anybody help me?

I made all the settings step by step showed . I arrive on the home screen which informs the local and remote access links . When I click remote access, simply will not charge anything.

When access aap.emby.media and enter login information with which I invited the private messenger , I can normally access .

On the same computer server , try to access another through the app.emby.media browser and access is normally released .

When I try to access outside the network, by phone or even Xbox one , said that it was not possible to connect to the selected server.

Something about this ?
