Home Movies (is there a maximum per folder?)

Re-arranged my home movies to make access for my daughter easier. So each year just has All the movies in each video then has an image so she can see what she wants to watch. (they were separated into months before).

Since I did this i'm only getting 39 of 112 showing in the server, no amount of re-scans/clean database or anything seems to be working? Any suggestions, cannot get the rest to show.

Should I delete and re-add the folders from the server? something is amiss ..

Are they similarly named?  There typically isn't a maximum per folder, as we do this with pictures on my server, and we have hundreds per folder.

I'm going to say this was probably my library.db getting corrupted everything seems ok along with a few other issues i was having. Maybe a rebuild database that deletes library.db opposed to clean @@Luke because numerous "cleans" didn't resolve my issue...
