Separate permission for deleting Recordings / delete per library

I have seen this bounced around the forums but not as an official request so I'm putting one in.  Now that Recordings have been merged with Library, I would like a separate permission to delete recordings vs. delete media.  Alternatively, if there was a separate delete permission per library, this would accomplish the same thing.

Per-library permissions are planned, yes.

I would like to have delete permissions per folder. My TV shows library has 2 folders (with subfolders), one folder for TV shows I want to keep indefinitely and the other folder for shows I would like to be able to delete after watching. I don't want anyone to be able to delete my TV shows, movies or photos I want to keep.
