SilentAssassin 96 Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 Was thinking today that it would be a good idea if the different clients can log their version number with the server and then the server can check and report if the clients need updating. What do you think? Thanks.
Luke 42077 Posted January 11, 2014 Posted January 11, 2014 the clients do log their version with the server but the server would have to know that there's a new version on say the amazon or android app store in order to be able to compare the numbers.
ebr 16169 Posted January 12, 2014 Posted January 12, 2014 Probably easier for the client app to determine if an update is available (which it probably already does) and then just report that as a part of the session string.
