I can browse my library on internet when I open 8096 port but when I try to read a movie, after 30s I get an error message "La lecture de la video a rencontré une erreur" With local connexion, all is fine. When I use Emby connect, I see my server but I can't reach it. I get always an error How to fix it ? thanks Edited August 3, 2016 by denisb88
Luke 42077 Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Hi, welcome. I would take a look at our Connection Troubleshooter. Please try the steps listed there and let us know if they all pass successfully, or you get stuck somewhere. thanks!
denisb88 1 Posted August 3, 2016 Author Posted August 3, 2016 I have pass the steps on the page. I have forwarded 8096 port on my livebox I am connected to my premiere account. I can select my server I can browse my library with distant connection I can read synopsis BUT when I try to read the movie on my iPhone I get the message "La lecture de la video a rencontré une erreur" (no error with local connexion) Strangely, it works fine on distant PC et more strangely on distant iPad but not with my iPhone I have tried with another iPhone with distant connection and I get the same error.
