MarcusJ 18 Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 Probably a stupid question here, but the "Identify" function in the Metadata Manager for my Movies is no longer working for me. Is there a new process for identifying movies and refreshing them? I'm running version 3.0.6020 on a Windows 10 desktop system with plenty of power. I have used the "Identify" function for months with no issues, but now it looks and behaves differently. The previous look of the "Identify" screen was a black background with a white font (as I remember). The new look is predominantly white with green bars which is more consistent with the rest of the app. The new "Identify" screen seems to work fine as it produces the appropriate movies consistent with the criteria I have entered. The problem is the next screen which shows the various movies for potential selection. When I try to select one, it does nothing at all. The screen doesn't change - at all. Before this latest Emby upgrade, the selection of a specific movie would produce another screen that had a green horizontal "Select" button/bar. I have attached two screen shots to try to show the issue. Thanks in advance for the help.
Happy2Play 9783 Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 What browser, had no issue Identify in Chrome.
Happy2Play 9783 Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 I would recommend moving away from IE 11 to Edge, Firefox or Chrome. Emby is developed around Chrome. IE 11 is just getting to outdated and MS won't put the effort to maintain it with having Edge now.
