High CPU and RAM Usage

Over the past few days, I've had to shutdown Emby because of ultra high CPU when no one is actually using it. I'm using 3.0.602 and utilization for Emby alone can hit 75%. I have a Quad-core system. RAM usage when this happens was seen 3G. I've had to shut it down in order to get a stable system. When I restart the app, usage is in normal space.

 

In looking at the scheduled tasks it looks like it was in the middle of downloading missing subtitles when I stopped emby. I'll try shutting down this feature to see if that was it.

To reduce resource consumption, consider removing Cover Art, other plugins, disabling the realtime monitor under library -> Advanced, and/or disabling features that you don't need under Metadata settings.

I'll go ahead and review all of those things but is there any good reason why I did not have this issue prior to the latest updates? I don't mind removing what I don't need but I guess to what end.

Only thing I can think of is that the web interface may be re-generating image covers again and cover art will have some cpu impact.
