Multiple FFMPEG.exe starting

Hello people,

 

I recently (today) installed and bought emby simply for the reason of bandwidth control. I am very pleased with emby because of the fast and clean interface but i am experiencing a serious issue.

 

When playing a movie which needs to be transcoded, skipping ahead to 15 mins, there will be opened a second or third ffmpeg.exe and it wont go away if you stop the movie. When i quickly start/stop a movie it also occurs.

 

If i just play a movie and do nothing everything is fine and the movie just plays good and ffmpeg.exe quits at the end.

Is this a bug or am i missing something here ?

 

I searched the forum and found some almost similar problems but no problem is exactly like mine.

 

I hope one of you guys can help me so i can fix it.

I was experiencing this again last week and upgraded to the latest version of emby server and upgraded ffmpeg and it seems to have gone away.

Haha yeah, Logs attached. To recreate I restarted the server. Connected with the windows phone client and started playing a movie. I then sequentially stopped and started a few other movies from the same client.
