New version 3.6020 send me to transcode user that not allowed in configuration

I restring certain user to transcode video and audio in config of the user. But when the user play strm file transcode

Please fix that

Ok so you disabled audio transcoding as well, so in this situation we can force an audio stream copy.

I disable the two things

Audio and video Transcoding before.

I don't know what exactly have to do
