Server not keeing settings for library monitoring

Hey all, my server is not keeping the settings. I have to keep changing the advance option under library for monitoring from NO back to Auto. I want it to stay on Auto, but not sure why it keeps going to back No. It is annoying when I put new stuff then it not show up, only to find that the monitoring switched back to No.

It will do this if your file system reports problems with the realtime monitor. in order to avoid filling up the logs it just disables it.
