[DS214se] Don't Start Emby After Install

I followed the installation process by topic:

But when I try to start the service, it does not start.

All Synology users are recommended to use this going forward (if your model supports it).

I had the same issue, but as the guide suggests (near the bottom) you may have to wait a few minutes before it populates with the Emby Server app - patience is a virtue...

Even today, Emby is not shown in the Package Center.

It's only for Intel; you don't have an Intel Synology NAS, yours is ARM.

I give up. When there is a manual that actually teaches how to install can test the App. Right now I'm just being thrown possibilities that may or may not (this is more certain) function.

Refresh the packages after adding the repository. Worked for me. And there is a manual...makes it quite apparent what you need to do step by step. http://emby.media/nas-server.html
