Windows server 3.0.6000.0 error when clicking a letter in web UI to jump to Movies starting with that letter

In 3.0.6000.0 when I open Movies and click a letter to go to titles starting with that letter I get a popup window with that letter as the window text and an OK button.  If I click OK I go to that section of the library.  This does not happen with music albums or TV shows.

 

Reproduced in FF/Chrome/Edge on Windows 10.
