Live TV Only Works Once

When I configure the server it auto detects my two HDHOMERUN Tuners. I disable one and enable the other. I then reference my guide xml and manually assign all my channels. It works perfectly...until i restart the computer. Then not only does my guide disappear but it won't refresh the guide information when I click refresh and worse yet, when i go to channels there are none to be had. I have to remove all my tuners, and xml guide and restart the server and start all over again.
