TMDB Parental Rating not respecting Country setting

If TMDB doesn't have an English rating for a movie why do I get a foreign rating?  Can this be change to return no rating if there is no rating for selected country?  Why would I want KR15 if I am from the US?

 

Viewer shows the same as Metadata Manager

You shouldn't, unless the english data is wrong on Tmdb, or unless it came from Omdb.

Sorry but omdb doesn't return a rating.  It isn't a new issue, been like this for awhile.  I know there is an old topic on this also.
