Flanity 0 Posted July 23, 2016 Posted July 23, 2016 Hello I've been having this problem for a few weeks but haven't had the time to look into it.... hoping someone can help please? Whenever I try to open the dashboard I get a black screen. The menu icons still appear but whatever I click on I'm still left with a black screen. If anyone knows of a solution I'd really appreciate your help. Many, many thanks in advance and thank you to everyone who plays a part in providing Emby, it is brilliant x

Happy2Play 9783 Posted July 24, 2016 Posted July 24, 2016 Just did a portable install of 5931 on Windows 10 and didn't have any issues. Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

I didn't realise it was a different person replying.... pleased to meet you too (and also thanks for your speedy replies) I will try clearing the cache and let you know if that solves the issue (Emby is on a seperate PC, I'm using my laptop to talk to you).
