Unhandled Exception cant start server

Needed do some user changes on my server and moved emby to a new user but now I cant boot up the server.

database disk image is malformed

try deleting library.db, somehow it may have become corrupted during your tinkering process. make sure you didn't move the files while the server was running.

Deleted but still getting same error.

I can reinstall since I use the backup plug in, I was just hoping it would be a easy fix

You deleted it after stopping the server and then started the server back up...?
