7 or 8 second delay after pressing stop

When I press stop in Emby Theater, the playback stops but there is a 7 or 8 second delay before I can interact with the ET GUI, is this intended?

I've not seen this before. What if you press back instead of stop, is it any different?

I didn't know that back did the same things as stop, but, unfortunately the same delay is still there.

What makes you think there is a delay?

Because when playback stops it goes back to the screen before (with details of the film / tv show) but nothing is highlighted to show where the 'cursor' is. Pressing any button on the remote does nothing. From pressing stop (or back) I can count to 7 or 8 then the 'cursor' comes back, usually by the play button turning green, then the buttons on the remote work again and I can carry on.
