Music Transcode

I have a collection of multichannel FLAC music. I am trying to play it on Android Mobile App. I think the android mobile app supports FLAC, but not mutichannel FLAC.

 

However, the issue is of quality while transcoding FLAC to mp3. I know the default transcode rate is 192 kbps for music. Is there any way I can change that to 320 kpbs or higher? I have the necessary bandwidth (and no data cap).
