Emby Server - Option to choose ffmpeg profile

An option to chose different ffmpeg profiles for transcoding would be a great addition. Currently the profile used in ffmpeg for transcoding is "superfast", which requires much higher bitrate to get the same quality as "veryfast". Even with jacking up the bitrate, a quality picture in high motion scenes is difficult to be achieved. Any desktop i5 and i7 can easily handle "veryfast" profile at 1080p for realtime transcoding. In fact with Plex, I can transcode 3 1080p streams simultaneously on my i5 2500 without issue. Please add an option for this. Thanks!
