web client not playing vob files

I usually play my DVD rips via the MCE client and they work just fine, today I tried to play a few different movie rips via the web client in both Chrome and FireFox, they seem to get to a certain stage and then stopping playing. I tested this on several pc's and laptops with the same result

Please see how to report a playback problem but, if you are talking about DVD folder rips (in a video_ts folder) then those are only going to be partially supported on the non HTPC apps.
