MPEG and DVD files not going to full screen

Running latest theatre but DVDs and mpeg files will no longer go to full screen . H264 and blurays play fine. Any ideas??

Can you post a screen shot? And the media info for the files....folder rips? Converted files? What container? etc....

Mpegs and DVDs letterboxed. Changed settings from edged to stable but made no difference. Running 2.5.2 .

That doesn't help. We need detailed information of the file or maybe you can give us access to a sample of the file. Is this a folder rip or did you convert it to MKV, MP4 etc? This will help to provide the details, if you need help with that: https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo

Go into Settings > Video and change the Video Renderer to "MadVR".

 

I just tested it and the old letterbox issue with EVR is happening again with anamorphic videos.

Yeah cheers for that. Changing to madvr did the trick alright

Thanks for that. I was having the same problem with anamorphic videos, and changing to madvr now shows them in full screen again.
